Compressed Biogas (CBG) is biogas purified to 95โ98%+ methane โ the green equivalent of CNG. Manprasth Energy operates CBG plants under the Government of India's SATAT scheme, converting organic waste (agri-residue, municipal solid waste, industrial effluents) into clean fuel energy for vehicles and industries.
Our CBG facility includes a complete process chain: Feeding Pit โ Slurry Pump โ Anaerobic Digesters (green domes) โ Gas Compression & Purification Unit โ CBG Dispensing Station. The Gas Cascade and liquid organic fertiliser (digestate) are valuable by-products that create additional revenue streams for our clients.

Manprasth Energy designs and builds bio-ethanol plants from sugarcane, grain (maize, broken rice) and second-generation cellulosic feedstocks. Our ethanol is used for fuel blending (E10, E20, E85), industrial solvents, and pharmaceuticals. Plants range from 10 KLPD to 200 KLPD capacity.
E20 โ 20% ethanol blended petrol โ is the Government of India's mandate for 2025 and beyond. Manprasth's ethanol plants support fuel blending targets, reducing crude oil imports and supporting farmer incomes through sugarcane and grain procurement.

Bio Coal (biomass pellets and briquettes) are high-energy, carbon-neutral alternatives to fossil coal for industrial boilers, kilns, and furnaces. Manprasth produces bio coal from agricultural residues โ paddy straw, sugarcane bagasse, cotton stalk, corn cobs โ that would otherwise be burned in fields.
Bio coal has calorific value of 3,500โ4,500 kcal/kg and can be blended with or fully replace coal in existing systems with minimal modification. Our bio coal reduces SOโ and NOโ emissions significantly, helping industries meet pollution control norms.

Tyre Pyrolysis Oil (TPO) is produced by thermally decomposing end-of-life tyres in an oxygen-free environment. The process yields pyrolysis oil (fuel), carbon black (industrial pigment) and steel wire โ making it one of the most comprehensive waste-to-energy technologies available.
Manprasth's pyrolysis plants process 1โ20 tonnes of waste tyres per day. The TPO produced is used as industrial furnace fuel, blending stock and as a feedstock for further refining. Carbon black is sold to rubber and paint industries, and steel wire is recycled โ zero waste to landfill.

A reliable feedstock supply chain is critical to any biofuel operation. Manprasth Energy has built one of India's most comprehensive agri-based raw material supply networks, sourcing vegetable oils, used cooking oil (UCO), tallow, non-edible oils (Jatropha, Karanja) and agri-residues from farmers and traders across UP, Bihar and MP.
We supply raw material to our own plants and to third-party biodiesel and biogas producers under long-term supply contracts. Our quality control lab tests every consignment for FFA, moisture and other critical parameters before dispatch, ensuring consistent feedstock quality for optimal production.
